The honest answer: it depends on the scope. That is why we do not sell a flat rate, but stages. The entry point, however, is always a fixed price: the Legacy Future-Check costs 749.00 €, the Modernization Report 3,499.00 €, the two-day strategy workshop 7,499.00 € (all net plus VAT, credited toward each other). After that you know your roadmap including an effort estimate and decide anew after every stage.
No. The big-bang rewrite is one of the most common mistakes we see. We modernize step by step: the new web application grows module by module and calls the old application for the parts still missing. Your customers only notice the improvements from the rebuild.
