First the migration tool failed. Today the industry solution is called SKAI 4.
- D3, the .NET desktop industry solution for heavy-load rental, was meant to move to the web. Their own attempt with a migration tool failed.
- With us the solution was reimagined: from architecture sparring through the desktop-web hybrid PoC to the AI-supported generation of the web screens.
- Today SKAI 4 is being built with Blazor and ASP.NET Core, stage by stage, each one working.
- We also helped shape the pricing and licensing model: business-model sparring in practice.

From the unloved in-house app to a tool for over 1,000 drivers.
- ODYSYS had built the first driver app in-house. But app development is not their core business: design and usability fell short of expectations.
- We rebuilt the app from scratch with .NET MAUI, as an agile fixed-price project based on a professional UI/UX concept.
- Offline-capable for construction sites without a network: capture locally, sync automatically with D3. Time tracking, checklists and a document scanner included.
- And the app was only the beginning: the project grew into the modernization of the entire industry solution.

The software turned out so good that the customer founded a company of their own.
- Systemische Hilfen Niederrhein places integration staff for schools and families. No off-the-shelf software mapped this process.
- We built the solution individually with ASP.NET Core, Blazor, Azure and PostgreSQL, delivered in phases, each one immediately usable in production.
- The result was so convincing that SHN founded Erna Software GmbH and today licenses the solution to similar companies.
